I Can’t Believe it’s Not Reese’s Smoothie
1 large frozen banana
(To freeze, peel the banana, chop in quarters, wrap in plastic wrap or plastic bag and freeze.)
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter , such as Smart Balance
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa powder , such as Hershey’s Natural Cocoa
1/2 tsp. of honey
Then Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
The grapefruit for the smoothie needs to be cut in half, so that the pulp and seeds can be spooned out easily. Then strawberries need to be washed and cut into slices (no need if you have a ninja or vitamix blender) as well. Add ingredients in the order listed above.
Blend. Pour. Sip.
*Refrigerate leftovers in blender bowl and then repulse when ready to drink
